Anil Kapoor is a big superstar of Bollywood 90s, he is now 65 years old. But he still looks so young that many big superstars have failed in front of him.  Today we are going to tell you the routine of his fitness diet plan.


In an interview, Anil had told that his wife Sunita takes full care of his diet. Anil Kapoor married costume designer Sunita Bhavana in 1984. Anil Kapoor has two daughters and a son.

1. He eats five meals a day. In which proteins and carbohydrates are present in manifold quantities. 


2. As soon as he wakes up in the morning, he drinks not just a glass of water, but a bottle of one liter of water. You know how good drinking water is for health.


3. Have shake, chicken and turkey sandwiches in the evening. To keep yourself hydrated, drink plenty of water throughout the day.


4. Let's have dinner early. It includes 250 grams of chicken and fish.


5. He would have preferred doing yoga instead of gym. 


6. Likes to drink strawberry milkshake and apple juice. Likes to have boiled cabbage and salad with different sauces. 


7. Boiled lentils are eaten with brown rice.


8. Take eggs, cereals and fruits for breakfast. Eat cabbage salad with sandwiches. 


9. He takes full care of his protein intake throughout the day and takes as much protein as he needs.


10. He has said in his interview that stress happens in everyone's life. Paws manage stress well so that it does not affect their lifestyle. 


11. He uses green tea as a beverage. Green tea helps in strengthening our digestion. Green tea has many benefits. Green tea also helps in keeping our metabolism healthy.


12. He has to change his workout according to the movie but he manages it well and does not allow any bad effect on his body. He himself has said that he does yoga for about 2 hours and if workout is required then he also does it for 2 hours.
